unfortunately as an attachment, and my e-mailer's reply option doesn't
pick up attachments for replies. Cutting and pasting from elsewhere:

Gules, a bend wavy between two double-bitted axes or, as an
augmentation on the bend a mullet of five greater and five lesser
    points sable.

or

Gules, a bend wavy between two double-bitted axes or, as an
augmentation the bend charged with a mullet of five greater and
    five lesser points sable.

The former is, I think, a shade better and a bit more standard.
"Double-bitted" is hyphenated, as it's a compound adjective. As of
9/99, his arms contained a compass star in base. I'll ask Laurel how
she wants it to appear on the external LoI; probably
Galen of Bristol. Device change and augmentation. [blazon]

(If you were wondering, Gal 1:8 is "But even if we or an angel from
heaven should preach [to you] a gospel other than the one that we
preached to you, let that one be accursed!". Galatians is a screed
against circumcision in particular, against Christians following
Jewish law in general, and upholding the Council of Jerusalem.)
