ANSTHRLD - Conflict checks please

Greetings All,

I have two clients who would like to change existing,
registered armory.

The first is Caitlin MacCaba MacCullough who bears --
"Per chevron pean and sable, a chevron throughout and
in base a snowflake Or."  Registered in April of 1994
via Ansteorra.

She would like to change it to --

"Per chevron pean and AZURE, a chevron throughout and
in base a snowflake ARGENT."

This change involves changing only the tintures of the
device.

The second is Theodric Afhaims who bears -- 
"Per pale sable and gules, a fret between four
double-bitted axes argent."  Registered in July of
1996 via Ansteorra.

He would like to change it to -- 
"Per pale sable and gules, a fret argent."

This change involves eliminating the four axes only.
