ANSTHRLD - Decision meeting at Elfsea Springfaire

The steward says the hall will be open at Elfsea Springfaire, and Caelin says 
there is a belted circle scheduled for "about" 2:30.  

So let's aim to have the decision meeting at 2:30 in the hall.  I'll try to 
have it annouced and hang a banner or something.
