ANSTHRLD - Ker Megan of Taransay : Device

Greetings,

I am trying to track down the current status of the device of Lady Ker
Megan of Taransay.  My understanding is that it made it to laurel, was
returned for a bad computer print of Azure (not being distinguishable
from Purpure) and then resubmitted and promised a fast-track back to
laurel.  After this point nothing has been heard.  Any help?
