This is what I have found on the Ker Megan of Taranseys Submissions:

Laurel returned 1/99.
   Ker Megan of Taransay. Device. Azure mullety, a winged lion passant Or.
   This is being returned because as colored neither Laurel, nor any of the 
    approximately 20 Ansteorrans at the Laurel road show could determine if 
    the field was azure or purpure. 

Laurel returned 8/99.
Ker Megan of Taransay. Device. Azure mullety, a winged lion passant Or. 
    This device is being returned because there was no mini-emblazon on the 
    letter of intent.

I do not know what has been done with the submission after this point. As I know Arbalest is on this site, I am sure he can check his records. I am not sure if Asterisk is or not and so will forward directly to her
