In a fit of insanity, I have volunteered to be a deputy war herald for next
Gulf Wars. My area of responsibility will be the consultation side of
Herald's Point. 

So -- I will be able to do quite a bit of the organization for Ansteorra's
consultation table although I will need someone to take responsibility for
the submissions if we do full-service.

I will be posting again closer to the event to recruit consultants and
resources.
