ANSTHRLD - Ansteorran September 2000 ILOI

I have the Ansteorran September 2000 ILOI in electronic form, and I
can e-mail it to anyone who wants it (for any reason, but we'd like
internal commentary).  It is a ZIP file containing only a Microsoft
Word DOC file.  It may have problems with special characters: I see
something that looks like (in the Microsoft Word 97 viewer) "Dunstan
a.e . Petrokes Stowe", and I'm wondering whether there's a "{ae}t" in
there or what.  The ZIP file is 165 KB, but the DOC file is 11
megabytes!  (It is virus-free, according to the latest Norton
Antivirus IBM internal update.)
