Found her in the letter of intent dated 31July1986, but I am afraid there is 
not much to the documentation.  Here it is, in its entirety:

"The name is said to be Russian for Rebecca, daughter of Alexander, of the 
gentle (good) hands."

Sorry it could not be more.
