ANSTHRLD - John of Severn's badge submission

Does anyone know the current status on the badge
submission of John of Severn, out of Bryn Gwlad? 
There doesn't seem to be anything on the Ansteorran or
SCA Heraldry sites; I seem to remember seeing it in a
Gazette a few months back, but haven't seen a Gazette
in like three months.  Any help would be appreciated;
tourney season is near and the client is
getting...antsy, shall we say?
