Short answer:  Yes, I would like to have anyone interested whether 
holding an office or not.

Longer answer:  I generalized (wrongly) as though there were only 
heralds (in office or junkies) on this list.  My question was 
directed to all on the list, whether in office or not.  New comers 
are welcome and desired.
