ANSTHRLD - Commenting Group in Greater Stargate Area

Greetings unto all!

Well,  I have once again opened my mouth and started discussion about having
a monthly commenting meeting in the Stargate area. I have talked to several
people over the last few weeks and it sounds like we have interest.   I
would like to start sending in commentary in October.

Now, the big questions....

WHEN?   
  I would suggest sometime in the first two weeks of the month.  Which day? 

WHERE?
  What part of town?
