ANSTHRLD - Where are the commenters?

This message is Northern Region specific but I really suppose that 
anyone can use the idea or come visit.

To Northern Regional Heralds,

If a regional commenting session were to be held, how many would 
attend?  I am not setting any date or location.  Having the session, 
let alone picking a place, will have to be determined based upon 
response.  Basically, if we held one (good date, good place) who 
would come and how many would you bring?
