Unto the Heralds of Ansteorra, doth Griffin ap Rhys (aka Griffin le Grey), 
Bordure Herald, send greetings:

First of all, I would like to thank Star for appointing me to this position.  
I am deeply honored to be selected for such an important office.

And secondly, I would like to commend Lady Mari Elspeth nic Bryan for all her 
hard work for this office.  I only hope I can do the merest shadow of the job 
she has done, for that would be enough.
