The office of Forerynel Herald is no longer active -- no incumbent, no 
duties.  (I'm not sure what happened -- we may have worked the last one into 
an itty bitty grease spot.  Or maybe he worked himself out of a job.)  
Ansteorra still owns the heraldic title, so we can pull it out if/when we 
need it again.  For now, send your court reports to Zodiacus (contact info in 
Black Star).
