Lord Rufus,

     Fear not, good sir.  The device has not been sent to Laurel as of yet.  
The name will most likely be fast tracked because of its excellent 
construction (and thus go to Laurel this month), but the device will go 
through the normal Kingdom channels.
     As for the blazon problems, the latter one works better for it.  I have 
already changed the device to reflect your change.  I remain,
