[ANSTHRLD] 'Eclipse' charge

Greetings.
I have a client who is interested in a charge that I
can best describe as a red circle, the left quarter or
so is an argent crescent - visualize one of those
lunar phase signs on a calendar for the first quarter.
Is this a legal charge?  And if so, how do I blazon it
(i.e. what's it called)?
