It helps to remember that reserved charges are displayed only on a heraldic
medium and are regulated by Laurel's
office.  Anything actually worn is regulated under
regalia.  Laurel's office reserves very few of those
items like the white belt.  Regalia falls under
kingdom sumptuary laws and in at least 3 kingdoms the
belts worn by apprentices of peers are defined.
Ansteorra only regulates crowns and coronets.
