I know the caveats about symbolism in heraldry.  Nevertheless, is there a 
medieval/Renaissance heraldic charge associated with the quality of patience?

The first one I thought of was Job.  Certainly the story of Job was known, 
but is there any way to distinguish Job from any other medieval and/or Near 
Eastern fellow?  You know: it's St. Stephan if he's full of arrows; it's St. 
George if he's killing a dragon; it's Job if . . . . ?
