ANSTHRLD - O and A search program now available

I am very happy to announce that with the help of our wonderful system
admins we now have the O and A search program available on the Ansteorra
server.  The URL is http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/OandA

Notice the url is heraldry.ansteorra.org.   I will have a link from the main
