The only tincture capitalized is Or, and the charges aren't capitalized.
Your blazon is fine.  The armory is illegal.  By RfS VIII.3. and backed
up by Laurel precedent one cannot overlie a complex line of division
between low-contrast tinctures (two colours) with a charge.  So the
badge is unregistrable for style problems.

But your blazon was just fine.
