ANSTHRLD - Blazon Question

Per chevron azure and sable, a chevron fracted 
ermine between a cloud and an increscent argent.

I assume there is only one crescent and its horns 
are pointing to the viwers left.  If there are two 
crescents then we need to know more.

Chevron fracted is registered as late as Feb 2000 
so we still use them.  The SCA version lowers the 
center part of the chevron down to where its top 
edge lines up with the lower edge of the rest of 
the chevron.
