Your blazoning ability is fine.  This thing is just unblazonable from the
sound of it.  Estencele is a semy of 3 spot objects (one and two) to
represent sparks.
Ermines either have 3 spots and a tail or they are all connected.  Nothing I
have seen has 5 spots.
