[ANSTHRLD] name submission

The name I am writing about is:
  "EinarR-genja Ragnarson"

At some date in early 1999 I made a name submission
through the Heralds Office in the Shire of Seawinds.
The Pusuivant of Seawinds at the time was Nicolaa
Pedersdatter, and the Coastal Region Herald was
Baroness Pashley of leMarche Sauvage.

The present Pusuivant of Seawinds, Lord Eiric
MacGiollah Mhartain can find nothing on this
submission, either in local records nor from speaking
with his predecessor Lord Braun den Mheullen.

I have checked both of the indices mentioned in the
July Blackstar and do not find the name in either.

Though I do not remember the name of the specific
herald, the submission was found in a file at the
heralds table at King's College two years ago when
it was held in Stonebridge Keep.

Is there any possibility of finding this submission...
or do I need to resubmit.

Also, what do I do about relinquishing a persona name
that I no longer use?
