>Ottavio, who was home for lunch, suggested the French
>name: Theresa Dujardin. Both elements from Dauzat,
>Albert. Dictionnaire Etymologique des Noms de Famille et >des Prenoms
de France. Librairie Larousse, 1987, ISBN 2-
>03-340309-2, s.n. Therese,page 568 and s.n. Jard,
>Dujardin, page 341. I don't read French.

Thank you for all your research, but a point is being missed.

'Theresa of the Gardens' is a registered name. The submitter wants her
first name to be 'Tessa' instead of 'Theresa'. That 'Tessa' is a
diminutive of Theresa, does not seem to matter.
