[ANSTHRLD] Tessa of the Gardens

I have changed both the OP entries and the List of Crowns of
Ansteorra from "Theresa of the Gardens" to "Tessa of the Gardens."  I
have also added a note in the OP for her name that it is registered
as "Theresa of the Gardens."  If the preferred name ever gets passed,
I will remove the note.
