I would have to look at Free Trumpet but last I
heard you could buy updates for old Armorials.

If they are branch property like a heralds library
you would probably need the approval of the
finance committee people and it would be treated
as any other property disposal.  I think there
is a place for that in the treasurers records but
can let you know after tomorrow.
