[ANSTHRLD] answering questions

Please don't stop answering questions!  I haven't been approved as our
shire's herald yet and my name isn't even registered yet but I've learned a
ton from ya'll.  Don't worry about what some asshole decides to take
personal.  This stuff isn't easy, so explaining in detail isn't wrong.
Especially for us beginners.  And since we are on the subject of questions,
I have one.  Where do I send my name certification papers?
