[ANSTHRLD] Possible Herald Circle ?

I was just told to ask about a Herald Circle...however, from some of the
discussion the others were batting around, I am thinking decision meeting
and possible consult table. Unless you WANT to do field and court heraldry,
I can get someone for that or do them myself.

We have a pavilion where we hold feast and court. We also do A&S and Bardic
competitions here. We can definitely find a niche or half the pavilion for a
Heralds decision meeting.

We try to be as accommodating a group as possible. (One reason we start
trying to do preliminary planning of major parts for the event so early is
so that we can plan for major accommodations.)
