ANSTHRLD - Consultation Table at Crown?

Given that I don't know if there are any indoor
facilities and it looks like thunderstorms I
am moving consultation to some of the spring events.

Pouring rain may not hurt heavy fighters but it
is a horror for heralds.  I don't get but a handful
of submissions at Crown so it may be more profitable
use of time to do several smaller consults.
Possibly at Bjornsborn, Rosenfeld, Eldern Hills,
and Namron.

Full service may be done at Gulf War.  I will talk
with Gwenllian about that.
