Wesaþ ge hal!

   Is it possible to have demi-roundels issuant from chief and base?  I drew 
out what I would like (yes this is for me) and it makes the remainder of the 
field look like a fess formy. Something of the blazon I wanted was:

    Gules, two demi-roundels sable fimbriated argent issuant from both chief 
and base, overall on a roundel argent a norse sun cross gules.

Does this make sense and is it permissible?
