ANSTHRLD - Quarterly reports

I wonder what the regional officers (and any others who have to submit
quarterly
reports) think about shifting the reporting period by one month?

Instead of the current calendar quarters, move them back one month. That
would
make the reports: December-February, March-May, June-August, and
September-November.
That way, Borek would be getting quarterly reports 2 to 3 weeks before
Coronation
and Crown Tourney.

Any thoughts?
