[Heralds] Norse Names Draft

Since I've had lots of inquiries, I went ahead and threw my article(s) on
Old Norse names online even though they're not all done.  The article is
located at http://www.vikinganswerlady.org/ONNames.htm

I'm fairly happy with the overall article on naming practices, and the
article on women's names is probably about 95% done, though I'm still adding
saga references.

I have not posted up the men's names yet, as I'm only about 30% done with
it.

I welcome feedback or questions.
