[Heralds] Correct formation of Old Norse Patronymics (S or SS)

Hmm.  Looks like Hotmail ate my "Vigfuss" example.  Let me try this again.
Vigfuss and other names ending in SS will be a little different, in that
they won't add another S to form the genitive and thus the patronymic, thus
you get...

Nominative: Vigfuss
Genitive: Vigfuss
Patronymic: Vigfusson
