[Heralds] Submissions Index

Greetings all!

     I have recently finished the submissions index for my tenure(s) as
Asterisk (January 2001-Present) and Bordure (September 2000-Present).  There
are little things I want to correct (a few of the names have no groups
listed) but for the most part it is fine.  I am hoping Francois will put it
on the webpage if he has not (already).  If anyone would like a copy, please
let me know and it will be yours!!!
