Greetings unto the list,

  Seeing as how I am terrible at conflict checking, as evidenced by my own
device submission. When do I resubmit?  Do I have to wait for an official
return, etc?

  The original submission was:  Per bend sinister gules and sable, 3 dragons
Or.

  My resubmission would be:  Or, 3 towers gules.  That is, unless someone on
this list can find a conflict that Tostig and I missed.
