[ANSTHRLD] Device and Badge for Daire de Haya

Just got a look at the November Gazette.  Back in August, I posted a
resubmit for Daire de Haya directly to Asterisk.  It consisted of a deveice
and a badge.  I have not seen it hit the Gazette, so I need to know if the
paperwork was received or if there is a problem with it.  As far as we knew,
he only needed a redraw of the dragon.  The time limit for resubmission is
coming to a close at the end of December, if we understand correctly.
