I could swear I just answered this. :)

I haven't gotten the November ILoI (or the August and September ICCs) posted
yet.  That said, the new Gazette IS posted, thanks to Obelisk, and it
contains the November ILoI, so you are not without recourse for viewing
it.  I hope to get caught up shortly.
