[ANSTHRLD] Help with conflict check

Ok. I am not the best at conflict checking at the best of times and it
gets even worse when I get into the rules for field only armoery so I
need help.  I am working with someon who wants Per bend argent and
sable.  This is her preferred form, but will settle for variants of
division line, etc if it will help it pass.  Can someone (hint Daniel)
help me with ths.
