Both would be preferable as a courtesy. Applications sent to just the
present K&Q should be given to the next, but they could get lost in the
change over. I am sure that if TRM Duncan and Larissa have an opinion
and or preference for the next SPH, They will convey them to the next
K&Q which could go a long way to furthering an application.
