[ANSTHRLD] Academy of Saint Gabriel reopens!

[Since I haven't seen an announcement of it on this list yet...]

The Academy of Saint Gabriel has re-opened (in other words, they're
accepting questions again).

For those who are not familiar with it, the Academy of Saint Gabriel is a
group of people who will research questions about how accurate a
name/device is for a particular time period or culture.  (The Academy does
not focus on whether or not a name/device is registerable in the SCA.)
