[ANSTHRLD] Bonwicke Order Update

Magnus conflict checked the arms of Bonwicke with the laurel wreath
removed back on Sept. 11.  I also checked and also came up clear.  I
have suggested to HL Kainin via email that they go ahead with the
registration of that as a badge for the barony.

We will soon finalize some options for the order badge (which will
likely incorporate this other badge) and post those on this list for
review and comment.
