In case you were wondering why you didn't find H* L* on the Alternate
Titles List: Some kingdoms use H* L* by custom for people whose
highest award is grant-level.  However, Laurel has not instituted any
particular titles for grant level, other than "Lord" or "Lady".

For the French for those two styles, I'm afraid I can't help.
