I check your submission against the already regesitered achievments and do
one of two things

A. if there are no conflicts. I register it

B. if there is a problem I contact the submitor and attempo to resolve any
conflicts.

I will be attempting to be consulting on achievments at Coronation, and
should have the listings of who has what available with me as well as
hopefully having it online by then.
