[ANSTHRLD] Offensive Armoury

If the infants are small then you don't get a CD for them (notice
Teceangl' comments on the crown that is maintained). If the infants are
of a size comparable with the eagle, that's a different story. Then
they are sustained and they count for a CD. Yes, in heraldry size does
matter (pardon the possibly offensive pun about the possibly offensive
armory).

So, am I correct in understanding, then, that there is no CD for the
demi-infant? Andre Teceangl wrote: That aside, there's conflict. Two,
actually.

Poland - December of 1994 (via Laurel): Gules, an eagle displayed argent
crowned Or. Nothing for the crown (it's maintained), nothing for
tincture of beak & feet), so there's only one CD for the addition of the
bordure.

Miles Blackmoor - July of 2001 (via Calontir): Checky azure and Or, an
eagle displayed within a bordure argent. Nothing for the crown (it's
maintained), nothing for tincture of beak & feet), so there's only one
CD for the tincture change of the field.
