Greetings,
	My warrant for the Arbalest Herald's office is up at the end of March 2003.
This office is responsible for the notification of submitters upon Laurel's
acceptance or Laurel or Kingdom return. It also co-ordinates and assists
submitters with resubmissions. It requires about 3 to 8 hours of work a
month, depending on the number of notifications to be sent. It also requires
the ability to assist submitters by either contacting a consulting herald in
the submitter's area or by assisting the submitter yourself. E-mail access
is recommended. Co-ordination with Asterisk and Bordure along with the
ability to explain returns to non-heralds is necessary. Must be able to deal
with irate submitters without losing your cool.
