[ANSTHRLD] web site, one more time

Heralds,

The heraldry.ansteorra.org web site should be functional again.  Your
assistance in finding anything missing or malfunctioning would be greatly
appreciated.  I took the liberty of doing some spring cleaning (and here
it is only February) while I was straightening things out, but I threw away
nothing just in case I missed where something was referenced.

Once I'm happy that the site is consistent, I'll make sure that copies of
the removed files go to anyone who wants 'em before they leave the
server.
