[ANSTHRLD] More Estencele Fun

As part of a project I've had in mind since I took the job to make it easier
(in my view) to maintain the archive pages -- in this case, ILoI, ICC,
LoI, and LoC -- they are now being produced from simpler XML documents.
(If you don't know what this means, don't worry about it.  If you're curious,
ask me off-list, in hopes of staying relatively on-topic.)

I bring this up mainly to ask everyone's help in keeping an eye out for typos,
broken links, and so forth, in particular on these pages.  In theory, you
shouldn't notice much difference (the objective at the moment wasn't
visual redesign).
