anyway, can i get one (or many) of y'all to conflict
check this for a friend of mine:

Per chevron sable and gules a chevron argent between 3
crosses crosslet fichy and a phoenix Or.

also, would y'all check out this picture of it:

and let me know if that phoenix is submittable (is
that even a word?) or if the submitter needs to use a
more "normal" phoenix.

and before y'all comment on the rest of the device, i
know that it has the following problems as drawn:

* the chevron is too thin
* the chevron is too flat
* the crosses are too close to the chevron

did i forget anything? :-)
