It was passed without comment in the LoAR as well
which seemed very strange even in 1992.  I need the
original sources used to see what the basis for
registering it was.  Whatever they used I don't see
how it is period but there are lots of ways to
construct unusual names.  Then I can see if
any of my non-English place-name books will help.

There is a precedent against using a translation of
a group name in your personal name.  If I get time
I will look further at the precedents on translation
and groups.  Right now I am between cleaning up
things to get ready for Coronation.
