[ANSTHRLD] Primary secondary etc questions was(Re: Conflict Check - Resub - )

why is the primary charge the bend... because it was "put on" the shield
first? Is that why "Item X" between "Items y" is primary, because it is
listed first? How do you make the whole thing a primary group? what is the
difference?
